Our Return Policy + NEW EU RULES
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal in our shop. You need to notice us within the 14 days pr. mail or letter. We will accept for return unopened hosiery packages and unworn garments with tags and original packaging up to 30 days from the purchase date + shipping time. Because of the delicate nature of our hosiery we do not accept for return or exchange stockings that have been opened or tried on. You must try panties and thongs over your own lingeri and we do not accept worn lingerie. Also remember, not to smoke when you try our ligerie, cause we do not accept items which smells of tobacco smoke. We do not accept returns with makeup or stains, so please be careful when trying on your bought products. All returned items must be in their original package and in respectable condition with the original tags. Pack the returned product properly in it's original package which you want to receive it.
We do not cover the return shipping except for incorrect orders shipped and faulthy items. If such happens we will credit your shipping after receipt. Return as a normal letter. We do not cover express shipping or simular. Please include a note when you return items of what you need, - exchange or refund. We do not accept returns to other places, such as pick-up places, packstations ect We make prompt exchanges or refunds on items returned within 30 days of purchase. Doing holidays like christmas is our 30 days of course extended.
FINAL SALE (Special price, Sale) items are NOT accepted for return or exchange. We will not accept items for exchange or refund after 30 days of original purchase. However - if you return items after 30 days, - a 15% RE-STOCKING FEE will be charged.
NEW !! - if you return to us from ANY Country outside EU : The Danish Postal is required to do Customs Clearance by the laws of EU. This means they will put a RETURNING FEE on your parcel of 160 Danish Kroner = €21,50 We can NOT offer to pay that, as we hope you understand. So this will be deducted in your returns or you will have to pay, if you want a size exchange.
To prevent customs charges when sending items from abroad, please label the parcel with a customs declaration that states “Returned Goods NCV”. Regrettably, Secrets in Lace cannot be held responsible for any customs charges incurred on returned items.
We hold the right to refuse any returned items if any of the above is actual.
Backorders are NOT eligible for refund or return, so please make sure you choose the correct size. - That is solely to avoid obsolete inventory.
