SHIPPING POLICY :
We strive to ship same day as ordered before 14.00 (2 PM). Orders placed after 14.00 (2 PM) on fridays will be shipped the following monday. Delivery time on standard shipping will vary depending on your location in Europe, but mostly it's 2 to 3 days. It could take up to 5-6 days in some locations. Even more in some countries. Please NOTICE that we experience VERY LONG delivery times in some countries ! It has nothing to do with our end of the Postal System - Postnord. We ship with www.postnord.dk If an order is returned to us because of 'wrong address' or 'unknown address' - the new shipping costs must be paid by the costomer. We always recommend the REGISTERED shipping method if you're in doubt. This shipping comes WITH tracking code and insurance. Always be sure to use correct addresses, both billing and shipping addresses. If a shipment is NOT deliverable to your address and ships back to us, we do NOT refund your shipping fee. We do not offer refund or reshipping to hotel addresses and other simular addresses which can be eligible for a 'non-delivery' from the postal service.
We ship our orders in discreet envelopes or boxes, depending on quantity.
VAT & DUTY : When you shop with us here within EU there is NO extra charges. The price you see in our shop is the price you pay. Secrets in Lace / Europe is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges for international orders. All our prices on our webshop are including VAT when you shop WITHIN EU - NOW set by your own country. This is required by the law. Please notice on the invoice is the VAT specified seperatly. When you shop from OUTSIDE EU there is NO TAX on the invoice. You are responsible to pay yourself upon receival in your Country. We will put a label on the package that's required by the law. Then it will be declared in your Country. Please notice - if you refuse any shipments upon delivery, you will still be responsible for duties, taxes and customs fees for the shipping. Secrets in Lace - Europe bares NO responsibility for the extra charges that may occur in your country, when ordering from outside EU. (WITH tracking and insurance) - ONLY for some Countries DHL Express shipping - € 39.99 inclusive handling fee. (WITH tracking and insurance) - ONLY for some Countries United Arab Emirates + New Zealand is € 49,99 for DHL Express - this method takes 1 or up til 2 days or more, depending on the country you are ordering from.

USA & Canada : We only ship to these 2 countries if the required styles are out of stock in the USA Shop. Please check www.secretsinlace.com before you make the order with us here in Europe. Otherwise your order will be cancelled and credited.
Hungary, Romania and Slovenia - if you order Standard Shipping, you and yourself only are responsible for the shipping. We do NOT offer any kind of reimbursment if you do not receive your order. We are sorry about this, but it's solely because of our shipping experience to these countries.
PAYMENTS : Please notice that we use 3D secure payments in our shop - that is to ensure the best security. We accept Major Creditcards : Visa, Mastercard and Maestro - also Dankort for Denmark. We accept Paypal Payments - 2% surcharge will be applied to order, due to very high fee from Paypal. Please note this about paying with Paypal : If you make an order and pay with Paypal, and here after decide to cancel. Then we hold the right to deduct the fee Paypal charges us, cause we will not be refunded that fee from Paypal, when we refund your order. Bank transfer is also possible at checkout. Please remember to make transfer right after ordering to avoid cancallation because of inventory hold-up. We normally cancel the order, after no payment within 4-5 days.
